These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the ProNexa website and any services provided by ProNexa (“ProNexa,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or our services.

Scope of Services
ProNexa provides tax preparation, bookkeeping, and advisory services. The scope of any work is confirmed in an Engagement Letter or written agreement, including deliverables, timelines, and fees.
No assurance services: We do not provide audit, review, or other assurance engagements.
No legal advice: Our services and communications are not legal advice. If you require legal advice, you should consult a qualified lawyer.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide complete and accurate information and documents in a timely manner. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, including any representations made to tax authorities.
Delays or incomplete/incorrect information may affect timelines, deliverables, and outcomes.
Records Retention (CRA)
Clients are responsible for maintaining their records as required by law. In general, CRA requires records to be kept for at least six (6) years from the end of the last tax year to which they relate, unless a longer retention period applies in your situation.
Confidentiality and Data Security
We treat client information as confidential and use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect it.
We do not sell client personal information. We may share information only as needed to provide services, to comply with legal requirements, or with your consent (for example, filings with CRA or sharing information with software providers you authorize).
Fees, Invoicing, and Payment Terms
Fees are outlined in your Engagement Letter or written quote. Unless otherwise stated:
Invoices are due within 15 days of the invoice date.
Late balances may be subject to interest of 1.5% per month on the outstanding amount.
You are responsible for any third-party fees (software subscriptions, government filing fees, courier costs, etc.) unless explicitly included in writing.
Changes, Cancellations, and Refunds
You may request to cancel services in writing. Work completed up to the cancellation date may still be billable.
Refunds (if any) are handled according to the Engagement Letter and the stage of work completed.
No Guarantee of Outcomes
Tax results depend on facts, documentation, and CRA rules and interpretations that may change. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, refunds, approvals, or CRA decisions.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
ProNexa is not responsible for penalties, interest, or adverse outcomes resulting from incomplete, late, or inaccurate information provided by the client, or from client actions/inactions.
ProNexa’s total liability for any claim related to services is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Website Use and Intellectual Property
All content on this website (text, graphics, logos, and design) is owned by ProNexa or licensed to ProNexa and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or republish site content without written permission.
Third-Party Links
This website may include links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for third-party content, security, or privacy practices.
Updates to These Terms
